1. Situation analysis

To make sure we find the right person for your company it is necessary to understand what exactly you´re looking for. Besides the hard facts like years of experience, pensum, remote work or onsite, start of contract etc. it is as same important to understand which softskills are relevant for the position especially for permanent position the person must be a good fit in the team.

3. Selection

Initial interview: Creation of personalized interview questions / guidelines, implementation of video / telephone interviews

The selection is carried out on the basis of interviews, here the suitability of the candidate is determined on the basis of a personalized questionnaire. With knowledge of human nature, but also with aptitude diagnostic analysis methods, we hold open discussions with the candidates.

4. Presentation

Preparation of suitable profiles (CV, salary requirements, psychological profile), presentation at the customer’s site, or interview preparation with customer and candidate. Our client receives a well-founded candidate profile, then decides with which profiles interviews will be conducted.

5. Recruitment/Hiring

If the interviews are positive, the candidate is hired. If not, we are happy to continue our search and find a suitable solution. We act as sparring partner, coach and negotiator. We ensure that the contracting process is handled in a professional and fair manner.

6. Care guidance
